Midnight's estate vineyard is in the esteemed Willow Creek District of Paso Robles.  Our Estate Feature includes a bottle of each of the following wines:

The Chardonnay, planted back in 1995, thrives in the cooler westside climate and wonderfully acidic soils lend divine growing conditions that showcase the varietal in a clean style. The wine only goes through only 20% malolactic fermentation and is barrel aged in 20% new French oak to feature the grape and terroir of our estate vineyard.   

Our Zinfandel is a giant ripe, rich Paso-style Zinfandel with bodacious fruit exploding out of the glass. Red fruit, dried herbs, and baking spices on the nose alert the taster that something special is in store. The mouthfeel is complex with stonefruit, baking spices, herbs, and a chalkiness that comes straight from the vineyard soil. Firm acidity and perfectly balanced tannins frame this wine and make it perfect for aging and enjoying for dinner.
